Die zweite Messe für kleine Zeichner von der Haus der Kultur und der Leitung der Erziehung der Wilaya de Tlemcen abgeschlossen wurde am Montag während einer Theaterabend und künstlerische Führung anlässlich des Tages der Kindheit in einer Stimmung der schönen Tage mit der Übergabe der Preise an die Gewinner des Wettbewerbs.
die Jury auf diese Messe hat die Preise insbesondere HADJADJ Nardjess von der Grundschule Pasteur Mädchen Ménazeli Zakaria der Schule Mékkaoui Mekki von Khemis Béni Snous, Benbahi Ikram Schule Mékkaoui Mekki von Khemis Béni snous, Belharazem Touhami der Schule Abu Abdellah Tilimssani Abou Tachfine, Rachdi Younès Nadjib der Schule Pasteur Mädchen, Mestari Doua Schule in Bab El Assa.
Weitere Preise wurden für die Förderung auch an alle Schüler der Grundschulen, die an diesem Wettbewerb teilgenommen.

Im Rahmen ihrer Zusammenarbeit und Partnerschaften mit Hochschulen
algerische Mitglieder der Agentur Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), den digitalen Campus Francophone Universität für Wissenschaft und Technologie Houari Boumediene Algier, weiter zu starten, ihre Initiativen zur Ausbildung von Ausbildern für die IKT "Transfer" sowie Workshops dauerhafter Ausbildungsstrukturen (3 Tage) in Richtung des Personals der Universitäten (Ingenieure, Forscher, Lehrer) nach Yasmina Berraoui Schulungen verantwortlich.
Diese Schulungen finden sowohl auf den Internetseiten der Hochschulen
Antragsteller als auch innerhalb des digitalen Campus (CNF) der Frankophonie von Algier mit 2 Schulungsraum ausgestattet wird.
Insgesamt rund 18 Schulungen (8 Transfer und 10 ständige Weiterbildung) werden in 2009
Algerien hat hinzugefügt und 3 Ausbildungen wurden bereits Anfang 2009 durchgeführt. Alle Anrufe werden gegenwärtig auf der Plattform www.transfer-tic.org. Die Planung von Schulungen geplant für das zweite Quartal dieses Jahres.
